Director

Marcia Cook joined the Norristown Chorale as Conductor and Music Director in January 2008. She is also the Choir Director at Blessed Theresa of Calcutta Church, Linfield, PA, where she has worked with the choir since 2003.

Ms. Cook has earned a BA in Music from the University of Delaware, an MA in Music from Hunter College, City University of New York, and an MA in Music Therapy from New York University.

Ms. Cook has studied piano with Wolfgang Rose and Edmund Arkus and has performed with various chamber music ensembles.

Currently, Ms. Cook studies voice with Heidi Hayes of Bryn Mawr. She also sings with the Nuova Voce ensemble.
